o    First Assurance Plc (formerly Towergate Assurance) reinvigorated.
o    Gateway Industrial Technical Company Limited (GITECO) has come alive. Includes construction of Luxury Estate on one of its properties.
o    Resuscitation of Gateway Paper Mill Limited and Gateway Timber Industries Ltd (on-going)
o    Hotels are gearing up:
*   Installation of new generating set in   Abeokuta while new dry cleaning equipment on the way
*   Purchase of cabinet air conditioners, beddings and establishment of a night club in Otta
*   Face-lifting in Ijebu Ode

Road Construction
o    Structured finance for 26 road construction equipment
o    Setting up of a Maintenance workshop and equipment hire company in advance stage.
o    Working on setting up of an asphalt plant
Housing
o    Co-ordinated the setting up of Gateway Savings & Loans.
o    Investing in housing in Ota and other areas being considered
Agriculture
o    Placed order for the equipment of Gateway Fertilizer Limited
o    Placed Order for 100tractors

o    Structured financing and management of 100 new “Ogidi Omo” buses and 400 motorcycles

o    Working with a foreign group on the establishment of a 500-Acre Industrial Park in the State. Construction to commence in first half of 2006 and to accommodate, amongst others Rubber Processing Products e.g. footwear, Tyres and Sheet; Vehicle Assembly plant for 40MT trucks, van & buses; Printing of industrial film, advert materials & books; Biscuit, Cartoons & Detergent; Food processing; Furniture including wood and steel with particle board; Golf Case and Garment; Power and Water Supply; Cartons; Fertilizer (NPK)
o    Establishment of Air Conditioning Assembly plant, ceramics manufacturing firm
General
o    Advisory & Project coordination services to government agencies and projects e.g., Market Development Board, Olumo Rock concession and construction of hostels for state-owned tertiary institutions
