SALAMI, Olakunle

Salami, Olakunle Ifeoluwa is the Acting Group Managing Director of Gateway Holdings Limited. He is a trained Economist, Banker, Investment and Project Management expert. He has a B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Economics and was the best M.Sc. graduating student in Economics (1998) both from the University of Lagos. He has undertaken the Advanced International Economics Programme of Nanjing Agricultural University as a Chinese Scholar in 2008 and he is currently completing an MBA (finance) at the prestigious Manchester Business School, United Kingdom.

His career commenced as a Research Associate with his Alma Mata in 1996. He later had a stint as an Audit trainee with Oladele Ogunshola and Co (1999) and joined NACCIMA as a Research Officer II later that year. Thereafter, he joined the then Metropolitan Merchant Bank as a Business Development Associate, during which period he was equipped with an indispensable knowledge of banking operations, financial control and relationship management. He joined National Bank of Nigeria in September 2000 where he worked as the Branch Operations Manager, Back-up and Vault Custodian and later in Investment Banking and Risk Management.  He rose to the position of the Head, Branch Coordination Department before leaving in 2005.

He joined Gateway Holdings Limited in 2005 as a Manager and Head of Financial Advisory Unit. He was highly instrumental in the professional management of investment portfolios in the State, and assisted in the design and implementation of several business projects; including the restructuring and sourcing for investors for moribund State's owned companies. He rose to the position of the Assistant General Manager (AGM) Projects Development Department in 2011. He was Pioneer Plant Manager for Plantgate Equipment Hire Services Ltd and Project Manager for Westgate Estates Limited. He became a proxy Director of Waterside Rubber Estate in 2009 and served as a Board Member of Ilushin Rubber Estate between 2008-2010.

An associate of the Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria and member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, he has attended numerous banking, management and leadership courses both in Nigeria and abroad. He has strength and vast experience in investment management, business advisory, project execution and talent management.

 Ibidapo Adebayo ODOJUKAN

Ibidapo Adebayo ODOJUKAN, an indigene of Ogun State from Sagamu was born on May 3rd; 1967. A seasoned Management and Financial expert whose experience cut across both public and private sectors. He is the Group Managing Director of Gateway Holdings Limited, the Investment Company of Ogun State Government.

Dapo, as he is fondly called, attended Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife, where he bagged Bachelor of Arts degree, B.A. (Hons) in Philosophy in 1990.He proceeded to Ashridge Management School, United Kingdom in 2004 and he also attended Harvard Business School, Boston, USA in 2007. He is a member of Institute of Directors (IOD).
Mr. Dapo Odojukan has garnered several work experience both at home and abroad. He worked with Maxims UK Limited from 1990 to 1997 during which he rose to the position of General Manager. In 1998, he moved to ROSAAB Industrial Design Limited where he became Managing Director/COO. His good performance as the Managing Director/COO subsequently resulted in his meteoric rise from the position of Managing Director/COO to the position of Group Chief Executive Officer, ROSAAB International in 2003.

In May, 2010, Mr. Odojukan was appointed the GMD-designate of Gateway Holdings Limited by His Excellency, the Governor of Ogun State, Otunba Gbenga Daniel having found him worthy in knowledge and experience for the position.
Before his appointment, Mr. Odojukan has been involved in both State and National assignments. He was a member of the Transition Work Group on ICT, Science and Telecommunications, Ogun State in 2003, Member of the South-West Technical Committee to the National Political Reform Conference, Nigeria (2006); he was also a member of the Evaluation Work Group on Commerce and Industrial development, Ogun State.

An experienced Management expert, Dapo has served as the Board Chairman, Soul Sight Nigeria (A member Company of Soul Sight Consortium, a brand marketing consultancy with operating presence in eight countries on four continents, Board Chairman, Supply World Limited (An international trading and infrastructure development Company with operating presence in Nigeria and Dubai).
As a result of his good leadership qualities and tested enterprising skills, he was honoured in 2007 with Dr. Kwame Nkrumah Excellence in Enterprise award, in Ghana.
Mr. Ibidapo Adebayo Odojukan is a lover of classical music, movies and sports; most especially “Squash”.
He is married and blessed with children.



ISIAKA, Adegboyega

Adegboyega Isiaka is the poineer Group Managing Director, holds a first degree in accounting from the University of Ife, Nigeria (Now OAU) in the First class Honours division, the MBA of the University of Lagos and an alumnus of the Lagos business school senior management Programme. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Associates of Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers.

Gboyega has acquired over fifteen years experience in corporate and project finance including asset management. He was formerly the Assistant General Manager and Group Head of Investment Banking in Lead Merchant Bank before assuming the present position of the Managing Director of Gateway Holdings Limited

 

AKINWOLA, Oladapo

He is an Accounting graduate of the Polytechnic, Ibadan, where he emerged with the award of “Overall Best Student” in the department at graduation in 1994. He is an Associate Member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN); and the Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM).

Dapo has his wealth of experience spanning over eight years in various Industries like Manufacturing, Insurance, Telecom Consulting and Conglomerate. He was the Financial Accountant of Boxtree Services Limited, a telecom subsidiary of Ibile Holdings Limited (an investment company of Lagos State). He was later transferred to the Treasury Department of the group and later appointed as the Project Accountant in charge of her Quarry Project, a position he held before being appointed as Financial Controller of the Gateway Holdings Limited.

He has attended several management courses like Asset and Liability Management; Consumer Lending; Credit Administration and Risk Management.


OLONIYO Olufemi

OLONIYO Olufemi is an accomplished high rising professional marketer holds BSc. and MBA degree specializing in international business from Lagos State University Business School. He has over fifteen years cognate experience and exposure in trade finance, export & import and Risk management.

He started his working career as Operations Manager with Goldfinja Export Credit Limited in 1993 thereafter he joined OASIS Group as the Export Manager in 1997. His exemplary brilliance, efficiency and hard work earned him the position of Group Head, Credit & Marketing Legacy Trust & Investment Limited a subsidiary of Intercontinental Bank Plc saddled with the management of the risk assets of the company. He assumed the position of Head, Trade Finance Division of Gateway Holdings Limited in 2004.

 


OPEBIYI, Adebisi

Shefiu Adebisi Opebiyi graduated from the Ogun State Polytechnic, Abeokuta (now Moshood Abiola Polytechnic) with Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mass Communication in 1986. He also has a Masters degree in Communication Arts (MCA) from the University of Ibadan in the year 2000.

‘Bisi Opebiyi has worked in various media outfits that cut across electronic, print and the practice of Public Relations. He served with the Nigerian Tribune, Ibadan 1986/87 (NYSC) as a reporter. He joined the Nigerian Television Authority in 1987 and resigned as a Senior News Editor/Producer in 1997. He joined the Ogun State Forestry Plantation Project, Area J4 – (A World Bank/ADB Financed Project) as the Chief Public Officer.

‘Bisi Opebiyi, an indigene of Ogun State, has gathered a lot of experience in television journalism, print reporting and the practice of Public Relations at the managerial level before joining Gateway Holdings Limited as Manager, Corporate Services. He is a member of Nigerian Union of Journalist (NUJ) and Nigeria Institute of Public Relations (NIPR).

SOGUNLE, Augustine

Sogunle Augustine Adegboyega is a 1993 graduate of Marketing from Ogun State Polytechnic (Now Moshood Abiola Polytechnic. He also holds a Master Degree in Managerial Psychology from University of Ibadan, Ibadan in 2001.

He started his working career in 1996 as a Teacher at Comprehensive High School Ayetoro. In 1999, he joined Global Partner Group comprising Global Partners Company Limited (A financial Advisory Services Consultancy company) and CTI Associates (Organizational Development Consultants) as Trainee Consultants where he was exposed to a wide range of organizational development consultancy services which ranges from recruitment and training, report and business writing, accounting software installation and usage, reengineering, repositioning and restructuring of companies, retreat, development of lectures and training materials

In April 2000, he left for Goldpoint Consults Limited as Consultant where he took part in various restructuring, reengineering and repositioning exercises for companies in various sector of the economy. He was also a Deputy Manager in Tradepoint Investment Company Limited (a sister company of Goldpoint Consults Limited)

Gboyega joined Gateway Holdings Limited in 2004 and is currently a Deputy Manager in the Advisory and Project Finance unit.


ROTIMI, Lekan

Lekan holds HND in Business Administration from the Kaduna Polytechnic Kaduna. And a PGD in Finance from Ladoke Akintola University Ogbomosho.He is an Associate Certified Institute of Pension of Nigeria. He has over (7) years practical working experience in stock broking/ Corporate Finance Operations. Before joining Gateway Holdings Ltd. He joined Interstate Securities Ltd as an Investment Analyst and worked in various positions. Where he left as a Deputy Manager and Head of Treasury Operation.

Lekan joined Gateway Holdings Limited in 2005 and is currently a Deputy Manager in charge of Stock/Investment.
